Opiniones

The Mediterranean Residence is located in Benirredrá. It's a place with highly qualified professionals who provide attentive and caring service to their guests. It's very well-equipped and close to the Plaza de España and the charming little palm tree park.

The organization of care for people with dementia is appalling (cleaning, meals, medication, companionship, etc.). Because they have no memory, they can't complain about how badly they're suffering. It's a disgrace. Although the owners defend themselves with absurd comments, the reality is obvious, but the greatest responsibility lies with the family members who, for their own convenience, refuse to see the reality of their loved ones' situation in the care home.

The residence may or may not be a suitable place for people with special needs. But the staff are far from exemplary. They're boycotting several restaurants in the area, and if they're doing this to get money, I don't even want to imagine what they might do to their patients! Be very careful when bringing your parents or grandparents. The staff themselves might try to scam you or ask for money! Updated 12/16/2024 After various messages on social media, threats, and excuses from the staff, I'm leaving this comment, which I was going to delete... but I see that others feel the same way... Google Maps isn't for playing around; it's for showing empathy and rating the service, your opinion, and suggesting areas for improvement so that other customers can choose to visit or use the services.

This care home's greatest asset is its staff, some of whom are now the target of criticism from local restaurants due to their Christmas dinner. Interestingly, those restaurant owners who weren't selected now have relatives at the care home who were mistreated. It's sad that rumors are being spread out of spite, lumping all the workers together.

My grandmother has been in this care home for seven years, and I can only express my gratitude for the excellent care she has received from day one. They are an exemplary team. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism.
