My grandmother has been coming to this center for three years and loves going back and forth every day. It's a very comprehensive place, as they offer services like hairdressing and podiatry for users. I'd also like to highlight all the activities they hold throughout the year, as our grandmother has a great time with her friends! I also want to mention the kindness of all the staff. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

All the reviews, absolutely all of them (EVEN THE POSITIVE ONES), are true. But what's the difference? That out of 32 reviews, it has a total of 72 NEGATIVE likes. This center isn't a day center; it's a retirement home. As long as our seniors are "able to manage," everything is fine. They just need to be fed and given games, but when there's any kind of pathology, like dementia, Alzheimer's, or general dependency, etc., they have no idea, no professionals, and no ability to treat them. At that moment, they BECOME A NUISANCE, and as many reviews say, "goodbye, and of course, with zero empathy and professionalism." Before I reply with the same response I give to ALL the negative reviews (because I'm incapable of anything more), let me tell you, DIRECTOR (with zero empathy and professionalism, both with the residents and your own employees), that this review isn't meant to be hurtful! (Before you answer that)... On the contrary... It's to prevent you from hurting anyone again, because don't forget, you'll be old someday too. I don't wish anything on you. I don't care about you, but there are people there who deserve everything. I just want you to have what you deserve, and I sincerely hope that life is fair to you. I truly hope so (because unfortunately, it isn't always fair). My mother has Alzheimer's; she's fallen and been left unrestrained, requiring us to take her to the hospital several times. They didn't know how to handle her, and besides, she was a nuisance. And I have much more to show and say, but I'll leave that for a more appropriate place... PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES OR HAVE DEMENTIA... From one day to the next, they'll do everything to get rid of them, and the worst part is, they'll be poorly cared for!!! Read the reviews carefully; it might not seem like it, but there's a reason they're there.

My mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's, was in this center for a few months, and they failed to meet her needs with the professionalism and seriousness that this disease requires. When her condition worsened, they discharged her without offering any assistance to her family. The treatment was appalling; I do not recommend it.

A good center, my mother has been there for a short time because they accepted my place at the residence, but I recommend the daycare center without hesitation, a clean place with caring professionals who are attentive to their work, my mother was very well looked after.

I prefer not to generalize, and so I'll say that not all, but some, of the people who work there lack empathy. Among other things, and there are several, they left my mother in the bathroom for 45 minutes—that's what the "professional" who came to clean her told her when she told him it took too long. I suppose that saved them from having to take her there as many times as she needed. And little by little, we've learned that many people have stopped taking their relatives to this private day care center because of the treatment they've received.
