Opiniones

Excellent facilities, the staff, while professional and friendly, are overwhelmed. There's a lack of resources. There's a huge staff turnover in key positions (social worker, psychologist, doctor), which creates chaos, slowness, and errors. The staff does what they can, but the management is terrible. Unbelievable for a residence of this caliber. I took my mother there full of enthusiasm because of the environment and the center, but I moved her after only a few months.

The nursing home has healthcare staff who provide good care to the residents. They change doctors quite frequently. The overall experience has been fairly average.

My mother entered this care home in November 2022. She died three weeks later in the Sagunto hospital, where she arrived dehydrated and with bedsores caused by improper bathing. Only one week passed between her admission to the hospital and her death on December 7th. No one from the care home called to inquire about her. Her name was Sofía. I will never forgive myself for taking my mother to that horrible place.

The most important thing is that my mother has settled in very well; she's in a safe environment and is happy at the center. We greatly appreciate the willingness of the staff in each area to improve any aspect that a family member might notice or raise for the resident's benefit. They are receptive and try to resolve any issues. Although there are always things that can be improved, aside from a few isolated incidents, the residents are generally well cared for, and we are very happy. The staff's treatment and attention are, as a rule, very caring on a daily basis.

It doesn't meet expectations; there's a lack of staff and the healthcare personnel are poorly qualified. For the price, you'd expect them to receive excellent care, but the reality is that the elderly aren't treated as they should be. If you want your family member to receive the care they deserve, you're better off going somewhere else.
