Yesterday marked six months since my mother passed away. It seems unbelievable; it's happened so quickly, yet so slowly. I didn't want to wait any longer to write this review. I speak on behalf of my entire family, but especially on behalf of myself and my sister Merche, who have been there the most with my mother and have felt supported and accompanied by the entire staff at the Valencian Geriatric Institute. I must say that it's a small, family-run residence, without great luxuries, but the greatest luxury of all is its staff, each and every one of its workers. Thank you for making us feel at home. Amidst the illness that Lolin, Lola, and my mother had, they made it beautiful. They made us laugh at times, at other times we cried together, and at other times they respected our silence. They are wonderful people, loving, active, and thoughtful. They're family. They care for their patients with dedication. They let you in without any problems and answer your questions. I'm very grateful. In short, if you love your loved one, this is the perfect place to care for them.

I'm a Nursing Assistant (TCAE) and I was given the opportunity to do my internship here so I could finish my course. I was amazed at how well cared for the residents were. I was especially struck by their skin. I'm not exaggerating, they have skin like a baby's—it's amazing. The center is very dynamic; everyone knows what they're supposed to do, and there's superb coordination. I recommend it 100%.

I've been delighted this month as an intern. All the staff were so attentive and friendly, helping me whenever I had a question and always dedicated to the residents. I felt very comfortable with the elderly residents who, despite my shyness, treated me like family. There's a wonderful atmosphere there. Highly recommended!
