I've had my mother for almost three years, and I'm a healthcare professional. I know the caregiving aspect, and I can say that the facility is the best of the best. The staff, like everywhere else, are some very competent and hardworking, while others are less competent and less eager to work. So far, I've given them a 10 overall. I have to emphasize the importance of the families (something very important; we're very picky, always making stupid demands), especially those who aren't familiar with this field. I'm very happy with the care provided to my mother. We always need to keep improving things.

My mother has been hospitalized for a month and is happy. She's recovering and no longer considers leaving. The care is unbeatable, the nutrition is good, and the facilities are modern and adequate. Her admission was the best decision.

I've had my parents for three years. They started in an apartment, and as their health deteriorated, they were moved to a room with more intensive care. I feel they were well cared for because we couldn't have them at home. Everything has its pros and cons, but they spent their final days there, and I'm grateful to the people who were able to enjoy their last days with them and spend more time with them.

My parents were among the first to enter the residence (September 2018). My father passed away shortly after, and my mother remains at the residence. In these seven years, I haven't heard a single criticism from my mother—quite the opposite, and that's what's important to me. She always speaks to me about the residence staff as if they were her family; she often tells me that the services feel like a multi-star hotel. In short, she has been very comfortable since she joined the residence seven years ago. My thanks and applause go out to the Management Committee, to Luis the director, to Carlos, to Leticia, and to all the staff in general.
