Hello, my 89-year-old uncle, who had stage 3 Alzheimer's and was completely immobile, was isolated in a room 24 hours a day. He was also fed in bed and had bedsores. He had lost all mobility in his upper and lower limbs. He was in a deplorable physical state and extremely thin. His diet consisted solely of pureed food, nothing solid, as it was easier for them because he chewed and swallowed. He ate very well. Lately, they wouldn't let me have any contact with him or even see him. I had to get him out of the nursing home as a matter of urgency. The director finally confirmed that he was always kept in bed and that there were others in his situation. She proved to be a very inhumane person and someone you can't trust, but when she's in a difficult situation, she's very manipulative and runs out of arguments.

The elderly residents are very well looked after. The caregivers are very kind and attentive. We, the families, feel much more at ease knowing our loved ones are so well cared for at the residence. Since it's impossible to care for them at home like we used to... 😢 Thank you!!! 👋
