Opiniones

I'm a journalist, and we passed by the nursing home and came across a deplorable situation: goats left in the sun without food or water! The new Animal Protection Law punishes animal abuse with fines ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 Euros.

A residence that makes you feel at home, with good, friendly, and pleasant service.

A huge thank you to the entire Alzina team who are giving their all for our residents right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the effort you're making during this difficult time and for minimizing the impact on them. While we can't be with them in person, thank you for caring for them, attending to their needs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, leaving your own homes to be there for them. I will never tire of thanking you for everything you do. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Excellent attention, care, and dedication from the staff. A beautiful residence with outdoor areas—it's perfect!

If you truly care for your family member, don't take them to this care home. We admitted a patient with a degenerative disease who was otherwise physically healthy. In less than two weeks, that same patient was dehydrated and defenseless against COVID-19. He died. All we've encountered from the care home are excuses, half-truths, and a terrible lack of empathy.

I have no words to describe anything. The treatment is deplorable. We admitted my mother-in-law and in less than a year she was gone. She is nothing like they portray it to you. The poor thing needed a little more mobility and in two months she was already using a walker and by the fourth month she was in a wheelchair and couldn't even walk... There is little food for what they pay, they are elderly. Please, not to mention that they lost her clothes every week. Total lack of control. Honestly, if you love someone very much, don't take them here. They have behaved terribly. Not even condolences to the family after her death. Very inhuman, pathetic.
