El Centro de día para mayores Virgen de los Reyes destaca principalmente por su equipo de profesionales altamente cualificados y dedicados, que brindan una atención personalizada y empática hacia los mayores y sus familias, generando gran confianza y satisfacción en la mayoría de usuarios. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a inconsistencias en el trato de algunos empleados, con llamados a implementar controles más estrictos para garantizar un servicio uniforme de calidad en todo el personal.

Disappointed with the treatment I received from some supposed professionals—not all of them, of course. A few are wonderful people and professionals, but there are others where I think their supervisor should have some control over how they treat us. Again, not all of them. Best regards, and I hope you implement stricter controls over some employees.
