El Centro de día para mayores Venta El Recreo destaca por contar con profesionales dedicados y cariñosos que brindan un trato excelente a los mayores, con menciones especiales a empleados como Ana y Fernando, y ofrece un entorno agradable con buenas actividades y comida saludable. Sin embargo, hay denuncias graves sobre negligencia en cuidados médicos y posibles desapariciones de pertenencias de los residentes, lo que genera dudas sobre la supervisión y la responsabilidad en la atención sanitaria y seguridad de los usuarios.

It's a good nursing home, especially because of the professionals they have. They treat the seniors wonderfully. They do all the activities they can, and it's a pleasure to see how they treat them. In particular, there's a very good professional named Ana, who is truly a delightful person and a wonderful employee.

When my grandmother passed away and we went to collect her belongings, an old painting of Our Lady of the Milk that she had hung in her room was missing, and we never found it again. Be very careful with this nursing home.

My grandmother stayed at this residence and it was a 10 out of 10! Especially Fernando, a truly wonderful person and 100% dedicated. Highly recommended!

Don't bring your family members here. My father died within a week of being there; they didn't give him enough water, and he ended up dehydrated and with a blood sugar spike that led to his death. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
