La Residencia de mayores Claret recibe opiniones muy polarizadas que reflejan una aparente disparidad en la calidad de atención: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente la profesionalidad, humanidad y dedicación del personal, destacando experiencias positivas de varios años, otros relatan casos preocupantes de negligencia que resultaron en hospitalizaciones, úlceras por presión e higiene deficiente. Las críticas más recientes sugieren un deterioro en los estándares de la residencia, mencionando falta de empatía en la gestión, personal insuficientemente capacitado e instalaciones anticuadas,

This is a sincere thank you to each and every one of the professionals who cared for Fernanda, my mother, until her passing on October 9th. Humanity, professionalism, efficiency—anything I can say seems insufficient. We have felt like an extension of our own home for more than two months, supported by all of them during these difficult times we all face. María José, Linda, Conchi, Inma, Melchor, Lupe, Reyes, Juani, Miguel Ángel, Sergio, Montse, M. Luisa, Victoria, María, Eduardo, Pilar, Lucía, Víctor, and the entire Claretian Congregation. I apologize to those I may have forgotten, as well as to others I know exist but whose names I don't know. Thank you so much!!!

My father spent five years at the Claret residence, and I only have words of gratitude and recognition for all the staff at the center, from the first to the last.

Nine days after taking a family member there, she was admitted to the hospital in a coma because she wasn't eating or drinking. They did nothing to help her. She left with five bedsores and mouth ulcers due to poor hygiene. They lost personal belongings and didn't return all the diapers we brought them. I absolutely do not recommend this place—not the service, the food, or the hygiene.

A few years ago it was okay, but nowadays it's a residence to avoid. From the management's complete lack of empathy to the shortage and lack of training of staff, as well as outdated facilities, they never take responsibility for their mistakes, even when they are serious.

If they treat the elderly like children at school, where they have blocked reviews to hide the truth (as they do with the life of their boss), then this is a place to avoid at all costs.
