We enrolled my mother in this center and we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision. She receives wonderful personalized care thanks to their professionals, who stimulate and care for her physically and mentally. They are very caring toward her and us. They try to support us whenever we need it. They take care of her nutrition with a quality menu and monitor her health in every possible way. Since my mother has been with them, we have noticed a very positive change in her mood. In every aspect, we are very grateful for the great work they do daily. We are delighted with CEANEN and 100% recommend it.

Hello everyone! First of all, I wholeheartedly recommend this center. My mother is 96 years old and has been a member for 11 years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care, the attention (both to the client and the family), the staff, and the friendly and welcoming nature of all the employees. Thanks to all of this, plus the physiotherapy sessions, cognitive exercises, and stimulation, my mother continues to maintain a good quality of life and remains active. And of course, I must highlight the affection with which they treat her daily, as well as the concern they show when she is ill and unable to attend. From here, I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for the work they do every day at the center. Best regards!

My mother has been attending this day center for 13 years. It's the best thing we could have done for her! It's like a small family. It has great professionals and very caring staff. They stimulate them cognitively, motorically, emotionally... They care deeply about them. They treat them with great care. They plan their routines very well. They check their blood sugar and weight. Their medication is very controlled. They also have recreational activities that motivate them greatly. My mother looks forward to Fridays because there are gymkhanas. The family-center relationship is continuous and good. I would like to highlight the concern shown for our seniors during the pandemic, vacations, or periods of illness. My mother never wants to miss it! She gets ready with enthusiasm in the mornings. I would also like to highlight the home care the center offers. When we need it, we are very satisfied. My experience as a family member of a user is fantastic. I would 100% recommend it!

We are very happy with the Center. The treatment and attention given to the residents is excellent. Our mother is very pleased. They work with them on both cognitive and motor skills. Her mornings are kept busy, and most importantly, she is surrounded by professionals who take excellent care of her and by companions with whom she shares her daily routine. They have a very close relationship with the residents, they know their personal stories, and this makes our elderly residents feel, quite literally, at home. As a daughter, and speaking on behalf of my siblings, we are very happy with the Center. David and Jose María address our concerns, sometimes almost daily. There is very important, daily, and close communication between our home and the Center. So I have nothing but praise for this Center and the team that runs it. If any family is looking for a Center and is reading this, would you recommend it? My answer would be, of course, 100%. It might be difficult at first, but as the days go by, you will realize that it is the best option. It's a center where they don't just "park" the older person; they actively engage them through all the activities, and your parent will build relationships with their peers. My mother, Pepi, is thrilled!

I do not recommend this center. The treatment of the residents leaves much to be desired. They claim to do things and maintain hygiene, but this is clearly not the case, as evidenced by their actions and discussions with them, which don't change the situation. Every holiday or long weekend, they claim they have to do renovations, and the resident loses their paid days off. They conduct a survey asking family members who will attend and then tell you that the center is closing due to low attendance. They charge the full month's fee upfront, and for the days the center closes for their own convenience, due to the time of year, they don't refund the money. A month and a half before his death, I tried to transfer him to another center, but it's neither an easy nor a quick process. AWFUL.
