El Centro de día SISAE recibe valoraciones muy positivas de sus usuarios, quienes destacan especialmente la atención, amabilidad y dedicación del personal tanto en servicios de comedor como en limpieza y recepción. Sin embargo, se señala como principal debilidad los horarios limitados de funcionamiento, que dificultan la conciliación laboral y familiar para usuarios que trabajan en horarios convencionales o de turno. En general, los clientes se sienten atendidos y cuidados en un ambiente agradable, aunque exista margen de mejora en la flexibilidad horaria del centro.

The lady in the dining room (I'm sorry I don't know her name) was super nice, attentive, and hardworking. We greeted each other and joked around. The blonde Romanian cleaning lady (I'm sorry I don't know her name) was also super nice. She left us a note in our room wishing us a happy day. We were both saddened to find out our stay was over. And on the last day at 4:00 a.m. when we were checking out of the hotel, we had arranged a taxi to pick us up at the hotel door to take us to the airport, and the evil eye didn't show up. The dark-skinned man at reception saw us in such a hurry (I'm sorry I don't know his name). He called us a taxi, and in less than two minutes, we were at the hotel, and we were able to reach our destination. A thousand thanks, especially to these two ladies from the dining room and cleaning staff for making us feel at home. We need more people like that in the world 🌎

I couldn't see the facilities because the users were inside, and access is restricted due to COVID-19 prevention measures and data protection laws. The person who gave me the information and assisted me was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. They have 400 square meters of space on a single floor. My first impression was very good. My only complaint is the opening hours. For people who start work at 8 am, it's practically impossible to find a day center that allows you to balance work and family life. And if you work shifts, it's completely impossible. This and other day centers should reconsider this. It would be a good idea.
