El Centro de día para mayores BENALSOL ha experimentado una transformación significativa bajo la nueva dirección de Alejandro, recibiendo evaluaciones muy positivas sobre la calidad de atención, profesionalismo del equipo y mejora en el bienestar de los residentes, especialmente aquellos con Alzheimer. Las familias destacan la dedicación del personal, la limpieza mejorada y la atención humanizada, aunque la residencia tuvo problemas graves de mantenimiento y gestión bajo la administración anterior que generaron considerable preocupación entre los usuarios.

We're very pleased with the care provided by the entire nursing home team. We admitted my mother, who has Alzheimer's, and she's very happy. We couldn't be happier to see her happy and how well they treat her. A 10 for the entire team.

Well, now I can speak because it's changed owners, thank God. Otherwise, you'd have to keep quiet and not give your opinion, as some other ladies have said. It desperately needed cleaning; the air conditioner leaked water down the walls and floor, the carts were filthy, and the overall neglect was appalling. It wasn't the staff's fault, though—they were overwhelmed. The previous owners were very unpleasant; they even forbade you from speaking to other family members if you disagreed with something. I experienced this firsthand, as my mother has been there for over five years, so I have reason to speak out. They weren't pleasant or empathetic people... I entrusted the person I love most to them, and you don't play around with that. Thank you, Alejandro, and the rest of the staff, for taking care of our elderly residents and trying your best. A big hug.

We had a brief experience, but we were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism at this residence, at least since the current manager (Alejandro) took over, in every aspect (management, service, humanity, cleanliness, etc.). I'm delighted with the residence. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, is there, and we couldn't be happier with how much she's improved. They've managed to adjust her medication perfectly, and she's much more agile physically. Before, she had trouble walking and was always hunched over. Since she's been there, we can take long walks with her, and she seems much more cheerful and happy. I would recommend it a thousand times over. It's been a blessing for my father to know that my mother is in good hands and that he can now lead a somewhat normal life. Alejandro, the director, is wonderful and always attentive to our needs, and the staff who care for my mother are exceptional as well. We're so lucky to have found a place like this!

My aunt stayed at this residence for about ten months until she passed away, and we were very pleased with the care she received. She was very loving, her personal hygiene was always impeccable, and the food was excellent. But above all, the staff are incredibly kind and caring towards families. I highly recommend it.
