Opiniones

Good afternoon, this review/information is addressed to the staff who manage the center. I went to visit my mother and, to my surprise, I found her in bed, covered with a blanket and duvet, and I noticed that the window was broken; it wouldn't close. This window had been broken for months. It's inhumane to have people with a broken window in this weather. Maintenance hasn't been notified, so I had to fix the window myself with my own tools, and previously, I had to fix the call button twice. I've informed the center about this, and I'll see what I do about it depending on their response. I'd like to inform you that this window shouldn't be opened, as the part that prevented it from closing is the same part that makes the window tilt and turn. For safety reasons, it shouldn't be opened. Sincerely.

My father has been at the nursing home for nine months, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything. From the social workers, psychologists, nurses, reception, and more. The coordination between all parties and the kindness are particularly noteworthy. Excellent location and facilities, large gardens, and lots of light. Highly recommended.

My neighbor, Isabel Nieblas, says she's very grateful to the entire nursing home staff because they've treated her mother (María) and her family very well at all times. The facilities are also clean and in good condition, and they have dedicated staff.
