El Centro de día Stima Moratalaz cuenta con un equipo altamente dedicado y afectuoso, liderado por la directora Marina, que proporciona atención comprensiva y personalizada a la mayoría de los usuarios, generando una experiencia positiva y satisfactoria para familias y residentes. Sin embargo, existe al menos un caso documentado de trato inadecuado hacia un usuario con deterioro cognitivo, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio y la capacidad del centro para atender adecuadamente a personas con necesidades especiales de comportamiento.

Absolutely disappointing. My father has significant cognitive impairment, and all we've received has been excuses, sour faces, and they even "invited" him to leave the dining room. I'm a teacher, and not only do I have perfect students in my class, but everyone is welcome, each with their own needs. That hasn't been the case here. I can't forgive or forget the countless times I've seen my mother cry after receiving calls from the center, and they've even told her that my father is unbearable. I think it's incredibly harsh and cruel to say this about an 84-year-old with a cognitive condition. Fortunately, we've moved him to another center where he's receiving the care and affection he deserves.

My mother's experience has been wonderful. It's a fantastic team that provides comprehensive care to its users, meeting all their needs and treating them with incredible patience and affection. They also help you process the service voucher and make everything very easy. Marina and her team are a 10 out of 10!

I am delighted to have lived from the inside and to be able to say with my heart in my hand, that it is the best day center I know, I have never seen so much human quality, starting with the director Marina, who welcomes the users with great affection and showering them with kisses, and of course! .., all the workers at the center; seeing this type of treatment towards our elderly fills me with so much satisfaction and joy, this is a place where I would leave my parents, here they not only take care of our loved ones, but also behind there is a great team, among colleagues they take care of each other and work as a team ... everything flows there, the staff works happily and happily ... it shows in the work they do .., I wish there were more places like this, where they take care of the workers as much as the users ... and that is why the smile and the good vibes are always present! ...
