My mother attended this Day Center for over three years until her illness prevented her from attending regularly. Throughout this time, STIMA Embajadores has been like an extension of the family in caring for and attending to my mother. They are an absolutely professional, qualified, and specialized team in each of the skills necessary for the care of older adults (Occupational Therapy, Neuropsychology, Physiotherapy, Nursing). The treatment my mother received from the entire team was incredibly loving and attentive. They provide detailed semi-annual progress reports on the senior's condition, covering all areas (medical, nursing, neuropsychology, functional, and physical), and establish specific plans to improve the senior's condition with clearly defined objectives for both the team and the family. They consider the family an integral part of the Center's team. We were kept informed of any incidents or needs, and we had an open and direct line of communication with everyone responsible for each activity, including the Center's Management. It was a great relief for our family to know that our mother was in good hands. Thank you again to the entire team!

Thank you so much for your wonderful work. My mother has been attending this center for many years, and throughout that time, the care she has received from all the staff has been extraordinary. Although the professionals who have cared for my mother have changed over time, the care she has received has always been exceptional. Now that, for personal reasons, I will no longer be able to take her, I want to thank her physiotherapists, Ana and her predecessors, nurses, therapists, assistants... all the wonderful professionals who have cared for her, for their attention and affection. Of course, I also want to thank the people who have been in charge of this center, Andrea and her predecessors, who have always been available to answer my questions and help me with all the paperwork.
