El Centro de día Maestranza recibe críticas extremadamente negativas de sus usuarios, quienes denuncian tiempos de espera excesivos (de más de una hora incluso con cita previa), un sistema desorganizado con múltiples colas y direccionamientos confusos, y un personal de recepción descortés y poco empático. Aunque se reconoce la calidad de algunos médicos, la experiencia general es calificada como frustrante y desagradable, con problemas adicionales de comunicación y falta de seguimiento en solicitudes de medicamentos.

I arrived for my 10:18 appointment and waited over an hour to be seen, despite having a scheduled time. The delay was a complete waste of time. Additionally, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. I’ve experienced shorter waiting times at public hospitals than at this private institution.

Hell on earth. Worst system ever- be prepared to be confused, and waste your time. You will most likely go from one office to another, be sent from one line to another, and then be told you don't need to wait to set up an appointment for what you originally went in for. The worst!

This place feels more like public than private healthcare. Like other reviews mention, the wait time is too long, the staff are rude and the reception is confusing. I had to go to three different reception counters just to leave a sample and it took more than 1 hour because of their ridiculous ticketing system. When I finally arrived at the proper counter the staff was incredibly rude. Another time, I waited for a doctor's appointment for 50 minutes and upon entering, the doctor had the nerve to say "you can't show up 40 minutes late to an appointment". What?? Absurd experience. I'm surprised people still come to this place.

Had a horrible experience!!!! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Dr. Pablo Bandres. As a patient, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect for my time, both of which were sorely lacking during my appointment on April 30th at 10:15am. Despite scheduling an appointment 4/5 months in advance and arriving promptly, I was left waiting for almost an hour, when I enquired at the reception they had no idea why I hadn't been seen by the doctor. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in a medical setting, the lack of communication or acknowledgment of the delay was unacceptable. My time is valuable, and it was disheartening to feel disregarded and inconvenienced. I left the clinic without being seen because I had prior appointments I needed to get to, and I highly doubt if I'll be making another appointment at this medical center. Furthermore, my recent experiences attempting to contact Dr. Bandres for a refill on my medication was frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful, highlighting a concerning lack of responsiveness and patient care. I have had multiple conversations on the phone with the phone agents as well as emailed many times requesting for the refill, but no response. As a patient relying on regular medication, it is imperative that I am able to promptly and efficiently communicate with my healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care. However, despite repeated attempts to reach Dr. Bandres's team via phone and email, I encountered significant difficulty in obtaining a refill for my prescription. This prolonged and unnecessary delay not only caused undue stress and inconvenience but also jeopardized my health and well-being.
