Good afternoon! My name is Jordi. I want to express my deepest gratitude to this senior day center for the care and dedication they have shown my mother throughout her time there. From the very first day, we have felt supported, listened to, and, above all, reassured knowing she was in good hands. The care is impeccable, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the entire team—absolutely every single person at the center—is wonderful. I would especially like to highlight Irene, the director, for her compassion, professionalism, and ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This same spirit is shared by all the therapists and the rest of the staff, who demonstrate endless patience, genuine affection, and an admirable commitment to each of the seniors who attend the center. One of the things we value most as a family is the constant communication. They always keep us informed of any news related to our loved ones, in my case, my mother. This continuous support fosters enormous trust and makes us feel like they are truly part of the family. The staff's warmth and friendliness are exceptional, and it's impossible not to feel at home every time you visit the center. The food deserves special mention: it's excellent quality, with diets carefully tailored to each individual's needs, a variety of options, and prepared with nutritious and healthy ingredients. Knowing that my mother eats well, with dishes she enjoys and that meet her dietary requirements, is a relief and a major plus for the service. The facilities are in perfect condition, well-maintained, clean, safe, and designed to ensure the comfort and security of seniors at all times. It's clear the center is designed to offer well-being and peace of mind to both the users and their families. In short, I believe this day center is the perfect place to entrust the care of your loved one. The combination of professionalism, compassion, personalized attention, good communication, and excellent services means I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I think it's very important for families of people with special needs to find people as professional, caring, and with great empathy and sensitivity as the professionals at this center. I want to thank the entire team, especially Irene, the center's director, for the great work they do every day with my father. My siblings and I will always be deeply grateful to the entire Vitalia Retiro team for the enormous love, kindness, understanding, and patience with which they always treated our aunt, who initially didn't want to attend the center and then didn't want to miss a single day. We have nothing but praise for their team of highly qualified professionals. From their director, Irene, whose support, love, and understanding during difficult times for us will never be forgotten, to all the educators, therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, drivers, and everyone. With such care, consideration, patience, and affection they treat each and every one of the attendees. With their deeply humane approach and good work, they ensured our aunt had a very good quality of life in her later years and that her stay at the center was truly enjoyable, for which we couldn't be more grateful and happy. The entire team is always attentive to the needs of each patient, both individually and as a group. They adapt quickly to each individual's personality and know exactly how to treat them. At the same time, they adapt daily activities to each participant to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone is very concerned about their well-being and provides a truly caring and friendly atmosphere. They don't force them at all, but rather let each person take their own pace, constantly inviting them to participate in all the activities: cognitive reinforcement, physical exercise, singing, current news discussions, dancing... A very comprehensive program tailored to each individual's abilities and needs. And the director, Irene, is charming, very professional, and highly competent. She is in constant communication with family members to facilitate and improve their stay at the center. Furthermore, the facilities are modern, beautiful, spacious, and bright, creating a very pleasant atmosphere and a very welcoming place to take our seniors and make them feel loved and well treated. We found Vitalia Retiro to be a fantastic day center, very warm and friendly, with a good program of activities and a great team in which to entrust our family member. And that's truly what it was. Highly recommended without a doubt.
