Sin embargo, existe una crítica aislada que señala problemas de recursos insuficientes y falta de experiencia en algunos trabajadores, lo que sugiere posibles inconsistencias en la calidad de la atención dependiendo de las circunstancias.

In our case, Residencial Torrefuentes is highly recommended. My siblings and I are very grateful for how they treated both our mother, Maribel, who recently passed away, and our father (Luis, who sadly left us in September 2023) in the final stage of their lives. The facilities are bright, clean, and welcoming, and the large garden is beautifully maintained; you can see the care and attention put into every detail. The staff, from management to reception, caregivers, and cleaners, is exceptional, attentive, and always smiling, treating the residents with admirable dignity and respect. A perfect 10 for the entire team!
