La Residencia Vitalia Jaca destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, instalaciones bien mantenidas y un equipo de profesionales dedicados y cariñosos que brindan un trato respetuoso a los residentes, con actividades y celebraciones que contribuyen a crear un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, varios usuarios coinciden en que la calidad de la comida es un aspecto que necesita mejoría, tanto en preparación como en valor nutricional. En general, es una residencia muy bien valorada donde el factor humano compensa las debilidades en la gestión alimentaria.

My sister has been living here for almost three years, and I have nothing but praise for all the staff who work at the residence. They are kind, caring, and above all, treat all the residents with the utmost respect. The facilities are very well maintained, and the food is excellent. I personally stayed for lunch, and I can say that everything was fantastic. A special mention goes to all the activities they organize and the celebrations for holidays and birthdays, which make the residents feel right at home. There couldn't be a better residence, and I know my sister is in the best place. Thank you for everything. And thank you to the director for all the help he has personally given us.

The facilities are fine, but the food is poorly cooked. The quality of the food has declined over time. The staff is friendly.
