El Centro de día AFACO cuenta con un equipo profesional altamente valorado por la mayoría de usuarios y familias, quienes destacan el trato amoroso, respetuoso y humanitario del personal hacia los mayores y sus allegados, especialmente en el cuidado de personas con Alzheimer. Sin embargo, existe un incidente documentado de atención deficiente por parte de una empleada en una de sus sedes, lo que evidencia que la experiencia no es uniforme en todos los puntos de atención. En general, prevalece el sentimiento muy positivo hacia la organización, aunque se requiere garantizar consistencia en la calidad

On March 13th, around 11:00 AM, my father went to the AFACO center on Salvador de Madariaga Street to ask for information. The young woman there refused to give him any information in a very rude and disrespectful manner. It was a terrible experience. We will be filing a complaint with AFACO so that its administrators know who they have working with the public, no less. It is unacceptable that a center for the elderly has such a woman. We are certain that the rest of the staff is polite. It was a disastrous experience. The young woman is currently at the AFACO center on Salvador de Madariaga Street.

By far the best centers for the care of people with Alzheimer's. The staff is outstanding, from the first to the last. I highly recommend it.
