Opiniones

I share 3 stars because, after several anomalies, I have to say that on the part of management (owners), I'm not giving them any stars. I think they value residents like money. And at the same time, after carefully analyzing the situation of both the director and the team, and having conversations with them to resolve these anomalies, they have shown us that everything they told us to improve is being improved with my mother, who is ultimately the one who confirms it for us. So I understand that all the cuts there are, the responsibility falls on all the staff who are overloaded. I would like to be able to talk to the managers (I would say impossible), where if I saw bad faith on the part of the staff, I would either try to fire my mother, or better yet, I would consider not making the payment, to see if in this way they would put pressure on us to establish the true ratio. A son who owns a company and values workers above money. Let's see if the managers show some humanity toward our defenseless elders.

Good center for residents... treatment, attention, facilities, assisted bathrooms inside the room, a good professional team.

Complaints have been filed about unsupervised nursing, beds made with wet sheets, poor hygiene, poor care for residents, and the director's rudeness toward family members. When we report these complaints to him, he discredits us and calls us liars. All this has been reported with evidence to management and the Social Rights Inspectorate.

When the sisters were there at the beginning, that home was wonderful. When the doctor took over as director, he took away all the good things, and the problems began. Grandparents had to change their medication, the grandparents ate the same things at lunchtime and at night. The sisters later decided to leave, and it was never the same again. Many of the staff were good, but I also saw some treating the grandparents poorly. From what I see, it's getting worse and worse, thanks to poor management, not because of the staff.

The Lantus group started well almost two years ago, but service and quality have plummeted. There's almost no doctor on staff, nurses are leaving, and the staff is unmotivated and many lack real qualifications. Absences aren't even covered, and as a bonus, they've removed the reception desk. You'll have to knock five or six times before they open the front door. Management isn't helpful in finding solutions, even though they're aware of them. This is an example of how to ruin a once-leading nursing home. Those in charge are conspicuous by their absence.
