With my emotions still raw, I want to thank all the staff at the Center for the attention, dedication, care, and affection my father, Ángel, received from the first day he arrived at your home until his last breath. Thank you all for the treatment he received and your patience during circumstances that have made visiting our elderly residents difficult. Humanity elevates the small and enriches the poor. This quality is evident in all of you, as you perform such excellent work, and it permeates the walls of Sant Gervasi Residential.

It is a spectacular residence, not only for the area in which it is located, its garden or the facilities (which are also), but for the treatment given to the residents. The director is a great professional and a better person, and is always looking after everything and everyone. Likewise, the staff who work there are excellent, professionally and humanely. They treat the residents with dignity, respect and a lot of affection. My mother spent her last years of life there and the whole family is grateful for the magnificent attention she was given during all this time.

One of the hardest moments my sister and I have ever had to face—I imagine like many of you—was having our mother admitted to a nursing home. We had no other option, even though we had always agreed we would never take this step. This is where an odyssey of visits and doubts began… We were very clear about what we didn't want: we were fleeing cold places similar to hospitals, with huge wards packed with elderly people parked in their wheelchairs, so close together and so alone at the same time, completely isolated, with no green outdoors or the possibility of getting out into nature, and especially, without human warmth. In our minds, we pictured a family home with a garden, with few residents, with personalized, very humane, and caring care, with special protection of the dignity of our seniors (especially in those cases where their mind is no longer there), with the mission of ensuring their quality of life was the best it could be in their remaining time, with support for their physical and mental well-being, with the possibility of physiotherapy and mental stimulation sessions, and with excellent support and healthcare services (caregivers, nurses, and doctors). We were looking for a charming home, a welcoming atmosphere, where people could live like family. We didn't have much hope for something like this, but we looked for it. Well, it exists, and we found it: SANT GERVASI RESIDENCIAL. We are delighted; it meets every one of those expectations. It's hard to put into words; the best thing I can recommend is to visit it and experience it for yourself. We would like to express our gratitude for the care received from the entire staff, as well as from other residents and their families, from the very beginning. Possibly the best residence in Barcelona.

We enrolled my mother based on a recommendation from a very good friend. The facilities are very well-maintained, clean, and the garden makes it feel like you're outside the city. When she was admitted, our goal was for her to be well cared for, looked after, and supported 24/7. I think we achieved that with you, even though it was difficult for her to adapt. Our entire family thanks the director, M. Angeles, nurse Maite, Dr. San Jose, and all the staff for their great work. Thank you so much.
