La Residència Nostra Senyora del Remei destaca principalmente por la excepcional calidad humana y profesionalismo de su personal, que proporciona una atención cariñosa, paciente y respetuosa hacia los residentes, siendo este aspecto lo más valorado por las familias. Aunque se trata de una residencia pequeña y antigua en cuanto a instalaciones, los usuarios aprecian su limpieza impecable, ambiente familiar y accesibilidad, logrando una experiencia general muy satisfactoria que genera gratitud y confianza en las familias de los mayores.

My score is the highest, not because it has the best facilities, it is a small and old residence, but still I rate it with 5, for its staff and attention to the elderly. My husband has been there for a short period of time, very well cared for, from Management, Social Worker, nursing, direct care staff and kitchen, they have all been a 5 * many many thanks for taking care of Josep Mª with, love and respect. It's a very family-friendly residence, with very professional, friendly, and attentive staff. I've had my mother there for a year, and despite the pandemic, I'm very happy with how they've handled the problem. I'm very grateful. The residence is small, but one thing that stands out is the cleanliness, both of the building and how tidy the grandparents are. When you walk in, it smells fresh, unlike some others.
