I love this town, it's small but very cool, the people are very friendly, there are beautiful places surrounded by impressive mountains.

The situation this holiday season is deplorable. The elevator has been out of service since Christmas Day and was at least until Sunday, January 12th, when I went to visit a friend. How are the residents supposed to get around? Most haven't left their rooms since then. The conditions are appalling.

It's appalling. It leaves much to be desired. It's been a disaster since the family member who was admitted has passed away. They're just making excuses for not returning the deposit; we've been waiting for four and a half months and still don't know when they'll do it. They tell you one thing and then do another. And the cleanliness is extremely poor.

Hello, good morning. I waited until I received my final payment because I have absolutely no confidence in the management of this care home to give my opinion. My mother was there for about two years and unfortunately passed away. The situation is even more shocking because, of the €100 I paid for the clothing chip, they deducted the cost of the clothes I took to wear to her funeral. This is unbelievable; they have no shame or empathy. Then I had to wait three and a half months to receive my final payment. It's all outrageous on the part of the management of this care home. As for the staff, there's a mixed bag. Some workers go out of their way for the elderly residents, while others don't. I especially wanted to say something positive about the nurse Celaya; I think she's a great professional, and I told her so. I think this care home needs something more to stand out because with such terrible management, they won't achieve anything. I just want to thank the staff for the care they gave my mother. Thank you for everything.
