Opiniones

I don't know what they do there all day, because there's a constant noise of furniture being dragged and objects being dropped. It sounds more like a construction site than a senior living facility. As a neighbor, it's unbearable to have to listen to this all the time, even at night. It's disrespectful, and I would like them to take steps to reduce the noise and be more considerate of their neighbors. I will update this note once something has been done about the noise levels.

My mother was in this nursing home for almost two years. She left us three months ago. I must say that the treatment, "generally speaking, and in passing," was acceptable. The elevators kept breaking down. In her case, she complained that they wouldn't take her to the bathroom, which was prescribed by the doctor because she was suffering from fluid retention. The last few days, she's been feeling ill, and the nurse insisted we refer her to the hospital, while the doctor said it wasn't advisable because they would disorient her and could do the same to her in the nursing home. Regarding the food, my mother complained a lot. Things kept disappearing, like her phone charger and clothes. I must say that we spoke with the current management, and they were correct. We gave ourselves a time limit; if she didn't get better, we would take action... there wasn't enough time.

The elderly residents are well cared for, the caregivers are good and attentive, and the management listens to you. Highly recommended.

Despite the short time my mother was in the residence, 1 month, the attention she received from her entire team was 10. I want to especially thank Pilar, Uxue and Xabier for their work and sensitivity.

My mother-in-law lives there. Both my wife and sister-in-law are happy with Mussol. The housekeeper, Susana, is a great professional, friendly, and attentive. Thanks to all the workers and users for being a family.
