Servei d'acolliment diürn l'Olivera recibe una evaluación mayoritariamente excelente de sus usuarios, quienes destacan la profesionalidad, paciencia y trato personalizado del equipo, así como las actividades enriquecedoras y la integración de las familias en la experiencia. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre las deficiencias en los sistemas de climatización del edificio, que contrasta con la calidad del cuidado humano que ofrece la residencia.

Highly recommended residence. Great professionals in all areas (although a bit short-staffed at times). Excellent and very personal treatment of both residents and their families. My father entered almost four years ago and doesn't want to hear about going home. I can't find the words to thank them enough for the work they are doing. Just a thank you and best wishes to the whole team.

It's shocking to see the condition of the air conditioning system installed in the building; a pipe extends from each window to the street. It's incomprehensible. A new building without a suitable system, for all these people who certainly can't afford to live there. Unacceptable.

My grandfather has been very happy since he arrived at this nursing home, thanks to the professional and caring treatment of the team. Activities such as physical exercises, mental health exercises, and outings to the parish community center have greatly improved his condition.
