El Servei d'acolliment diürn de la Residència d'Avis Sagrada Familia II recibe valoraciones muy dispares que reflejan tanto fortalezas como preocupaciones significativas. Small but welcoming residence. The residents are well cared for and happy. The staff is kind, attentive, and caring, both to the residents and their families. They do everything they can to ensure families can be close to their loved ones during these difficult times. 🥰🥰

Nice, clean and warm space. Maybe the spaces are a bit cramped. Kind and friendly caregivers. They do a great job. They take care of the leisure of the grandparents, which not all residences do. They are integrated and identified with the neighborhood, which gives them a different personality. Honestly, I would prefer never to need the services of a residence. If the case comes, this one, as it is now, would be fine for me.

Part of the care home is illegal; there's no fire escape, so in case of a fire, the elderly residents would have to be thrown out the window. The neighborhood is constantly jammed with vans bringing the residents to and from the care home, and all of this is allowed because one of the owners is a politician from the ERC party—unbelievable!

It's not bad, but they do lose your clothes. The lady who looks after them leaves them there on weekends when I have time off, and yes, there are some thieves, because they took a new shower gel. And on Sundays they serve the same lunch. And for dinner, watery mashed potatoes (poor grandparents).
