Opiniones

We are very happy and at ease with the center. It's a great relief for our family to hear our father say he's very well cared for. It's a place that inspires complete confidence, especially the staff who are attentive and caring at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend this residence.

Yesterday I visited the residence: It's a large building, constructed in the 1970s, spread over several floors at different heights since it's located in the upper part of the Carmelo neighborhood. Because of this, it's a bit outside the main shopping areas. It has two wonderful terraces (the views are incredible), and the rooms aren't very big. There are plenty of common areas/rooms that encourage socializing. The kitchen is currently being renovated (which is a good thing). I was struck by the friendliness between the residents and the staff, especially Sergi (a social worker) who explained everything very well and even had time to joke with them... highly recommended.

We are very grateful for the care our family member is receiving. The staff is attentive, professional, and very compassionate.

A family member had a terrible experience at this care home, suffering in their final moments due to the center's negligence. The staff do their best, but with so few personnel per floor, they don't receive adequate care, not even on the floor for the most serious and palliative cases.

The main thing I'd like to highlight is, above all, the treatment the residents receive. The staff's hard work and patience are what have left me with the best and most reassuring feeling. The place is clean, and you see the staff making their rounds frequently. I must mention the exceptional service that one staff member in particular, Sergi, always provides to both the residents and the family members/visitors who stop by.
