El Centro de día de la Residencia Orpea Barcelona Guinardó presenta una experiencia muy polarizada: mientras algunos usuarios elobian genuinamente la calidad de atención y el trato humanitario del equipo, la mayoría de las reseñas reflejan graves preocupaciones sobre negligencia, falta de supervisión y seguridad, particularmente respecto a casos de pacientes con Alzheimer que han abandonado el centro sin ser notados durante horas, sumado a una gestión deficiente que no asume responsabilidades ni proporciona explicaciones adecuadas. Negligence, lack of coordination, lack of control, disorganization and lack of professionalism. My father with Alzheimer's left the center (it wasn't the first time it happened) and they didn't realize it until, after two hours, we notified them. They were unable to apologize, review protocols or give an explanation. In fact, the director tried to hold us responsible. We completely disregarded him. We have already discharged our father.

Very bad. My father with Alzheimer's left the day care center without anyone missing him for hours. They have not given us any explanation or taken any responsibility and the treatment we received when we asked for it has been terrible.
