Centre de día Vincles cuenta mayoritariamente con valoraciones muy positivas, destacando el ambiente acogedor, el trato humanizado del equipo profesional y las actividades estimulantes que mejoran la calidad de vida de los usuarios y tranquilizan a sus familias. Sin embargo, existe al menos una crítica que señala problemas con ciertos miembros del personal (Marta y Paola) que habrían mostrado falta de empatía y profesionalismo, aspecto que contrasta con las evaluaciones elogiosas sobre la mayoría del equipo.

My father has always been a very active and hardworking person. He is now almost 90 years old and his health is playing tricks on him. At Vincles he has found PEOPLE who understand him and support him. The other grandparents are his daily life, like a group of companions for coexistence and participation. Participation is not always active, from observation you also participate. Of all the better routines, fun, meals together, hours of company than being alone at home without going out. Thank you Vincles for your support, good practices and helping the relatives too. Without you my father's life, due to his health, would be more boring. A hug

Our experience is very, very good. Our father is disoriented by the famous disease and, the welcome and support of all the professionals at Vincles provides him with moments of stimulation, accompanied by affectionate treatment; while promoting interaction with other people in a natural way. Thus, our father spends a few hours (he is only there until he has eaten) in a very familiar atmosphere and, at the same time, rich in diversity. Congratulations to the whole team. The service at this center leaves a lot to be desired, especially from Marta and Paola, who treat users in a very unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Their attitude and lack of empathy make the environment uncomfortable, when the well-being of the elderly should be the priority. Both the treatment and the quality of the service should be improved.
