Opiniones

I just finished my Stage von Erasmus + as a Nurse Student from Germany. These 2 Weeks were amazing, the Team was great and the residence also. I would like to come over again☺️. Thank you all for this georgous Moment. Gracias a todos🙏🏼 L.G Sefako

I was here on Erasmus for 2 weeks, it was beautiful, the workers welcomed us very nicely and were kind. The workers are excellent and I would love to come back here in the future.

My experience has not been satisfactory. I have observed a lack of organization in the shifts, as the supervisor and some of the support staff take extended breaks together, leaving residents with only one assistant on the floor. This situation negatively impacts the care and the overall conditions of the service. Furthermore, there are frequent staff changes assigned to each floor without clear explanations for the families, which generates worry and uncertainty. In particular, floor 2 shows a clear decline compared to its previous state, when the service was adequate. I believe it is necessary to improve staff management and communication with families to guarantee proper and dignified care for residents.

If you have a dependent family member, this residence is NOT THE RIGHT ONE. They treat residents like "packages," they DO NOT clean them properly, they DO NOT clean their belongings, not even a completely green urinal, and they make sure that both their clothes and personal belongings disappear... And they turn off the alarms so that they do not disturb them. This is absolutely punishable, although very difficult to prove, and they take advantage of that... And the prices are outrageous, extremely expensive. Nothing is included and everything is charged separately... Luckily, we have found another "much more humane" place.

More empathy, care, and attention to the elderly. There are many facilities, but unless family members take them out, they're rarely moved from their floors, not even allowed out in the sun for a while. Hire people with a true calling; it's hard work, especially in nursing. They need someone who understands the language well, treats the residents with kindness, and provides proper support to the families. The food is scarce, and they need to focus more on the nutrition and hydration of the patients, who often arrive at the hospital dehydrated and malnourished. And they need to get a handle on the medication. No one is checking if they're taking it or not. They leave the pills in a small plastic bag on each person's bedside table, which half the residents struggle to open, and the pills fall on the floor. Control? Zero! And yet, they still charge you for that extra pharmacy fee on top of the exorbitant amount you already pay.
