Opiniones

Excellent residence, small and with a family atmosphere, where all the residents and staff know each other, forming a close-knit community. The professionals are very good, and best of all, the staff is stable, which is very important for the residents, especially because it provides them with stability and confidence. Spotlessly clean; no matter what time you visit, it always smells wonderful, and the residents are immaculate. The staff is very interactive and always highly motivated and engaged. I can only speak highly of this residence. My grandmother lived there for seven years and was very well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A very good experience. Very friendly staff. They're always the same, and the treatment with the grandparents is very familiar. The food is homemade. There are never any unpleasant smells. The treatment we received during the pandemic has been special, both with the grandparents and with the family members. Highly recommended.

Family residence. I would definitely bring another family member to this residence again, as it provides exceptional care to both residents and families. The staff is always the same, which is appreciated, as other larger residences constantly change staff, which is chaotic for residents. The facilities are adequate and well-maintained; the residents feel at home, and that's another thing I appreciate about the family member I've had here for over six years. I've never had a complaint about anything, and what I like most about this residence is the personalized care given to residents and patients.

I went several times to visit a relative. The worst cliché you can imagine of a "nursing home" and not a proper residence with its PIAs for the elderly. FACILITIES: It's practically a business; you enter and they have a kind of dining room that overlooks the window that faces the street. And they always have the curtains down: 1. So that the elderly's condition can't be seen from the street. 2. That darkness isn't compensated for by artificial light inside that room. Which results in a bunch of elderly people crammed into chairs and armchairs (all different, which indicates they're certainly not purchased as orthopedic or ergonomic equipment; rather, they suggest used furniture, or, I dare say, from old senior apartments). 3 Deplorable electrical installations, with thieves connected to power outlets. STAFF: As for the staff, from what I saw, there were a lot of Latina girls, which seems very nice to me, but I think they're very poorly paid, and I doubt all the staff have the relevant qualifications. I think the administration should conduct surprise inspections of this residence. I personally saw elderly people strapped in any way to an armchair. I WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER ENTRY A FAMILY MEMBER IN THERE IF YOU HAVE A LOVE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR FAMILY. Both the Generalitat and the city council should conduct inspections of this site, review contracts, facility permits, etc. Social welfare services should be present, with the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) and the Urban Police, acting as administrative police, and I would almost say the Labor Inspectorate as well. Now, if you think your family member is a burden and you want to leave them parked there, waiting for them to die without causing too much trouble, and you feel good because they get food when it's time, I think it's a good place. I would never take a close relative of mine there. I don't think it's one of the most expensive residences, and that's for a reason.
