La residencia Centre de dia Paral-le 63 cuenta con un personal generalmente dedicado y atento que proporciona cuidados cálidos y personalizados, con varias familias expresando gratitud profunda por la profesionalidad y humanidad del equipo. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación grave sobre la falta de personal en las plantas de dependientes y la inadecuada frecuencia en el cambio de pañales, lo que ha tenido consecuencias serias para la salud de los residentes.

There is a lack of staff in the dependents' plants and they don't change diapers often enough. My mother died of a urine infection.

A positive experience at the day center: the staff is friendly, caring, and empathetic. We had a few issues, and they handled them well as a company, always trying to help us and find personalized solutions. We would like to especially thank Loren for her interest and excellent work.
