We were only there for a short time, due to circumstances beyond the center's control. I have nothing but praise and not a single complaint. They are kind, charming, and always coordinated with the family. Their care is exquisite, and they show constant affection to our elderly relatives. They not only support our family members during these vulnerable times but also the entire family. They know exactly how to do it and they do it exceptionally well. Words cannot describe the care our elderly residents receive at this center. They are caring, empathetic, and kind, and they practice active listening (both with the residents and their families). They are delighted and feel right at home. Pilar, the director, knows them perfectly, and that brings an indescribable sense of calm and peace. My mother was wonderful, and after the fractures she suffered to her pelvis and tibia and fibula, we all helped her walk again. A close-knit family and a supportive environment are essential for the center's smooth operation. I highly recommend it. I am incredibly grateful. A big hug to all the staff at the center. We want to thank the Dolça companyia center, its director Pili, and the entire team. Our mother, Magdalena Caldentey, was a resident of the center for 10 years with Alzheimer's disease that progressed to very debilitating stages, eventually becoming completely dependent. She needed help with all her vital functions: eating, hygiene (she wore diapers all day), and mobility, which was very limited, requiring a wheelchair for all her outings. She had several hospitalizations during those years. It was a very difficult time for my mother and the family, and without the help and support of these professionals, it would not have been possible to provide my mother with quality care. Despite her illness, she was very well cared for and very loved, so we are grateful for all the treatment and affection she received until the very end. Words cannot express our gratitude to all of you. Our mother always felt very comfortable at the center and loved by everyone. Sometimes it is very difficult to care for our loved ones.
