El Centre de dia Guinardó recibe una valoración mayoritariamente excelente por parte de los usuarios, quienes destacan especialmente la dedicación, profesionalidad y trato empático del equipo de cuidadores y la dirección hacia los mayores, facilitando su adaptación e integración social. Sin embargo, existe una crítica aislada respecto a la descripción de servicios del centro, particularmente sobre la diferenciación entre los perfiles de animador y terapeuta ocupacional.

My mother has been very well cared for and the staff at the center has been very professional and attentive. They do several activities that made it easy for my mother to adapt to the center and interact with more people. They have helped us a lot. We are very grateful.

If there's one thing I have to say about this center, it's that the staff are incredibly caring towards our loved ones, whom we entrust to their care, hoping they'll look after them as if they were ourselves. I must especially mention the director, Mónica, one of the best people I've ever met. She's empathetic, a true professional, patient, and, I repeat, incredibly caring. Both Ana and I, the daughter of one of the elderly women in their care, wholeheartedly recommend this center.

I find it regrettable and shameful that the center's description states that its services include an animator who performs the functions of an occupational therapist, when their profiles are entirely different. I'm tired of so much ignorance and intrusion.
