My father suffered a severe stroke six months ago. We are very happy and satisfied with my father's stay at the care home; the treatment has been wonderful and very understanding. You can tell they are both professional and good people. I want to highlight the work of the physiotherapist, Emi, who is outstanding. My father has formed a very strong emotional bond with her. Now he has moved to the care home, and we hope everything continues as before. The social worker and the physiotherapist facilitated the transition and ensured he stays on the same floor, with everything remaining the same. Thank you for everything.

My father was admitted to the care home with necrosis in a finger, which was very painful, and his lungs were quite damaged. Unfortunately, his stay was short, and during his time there, he had to go to the Broggi Hospital several times. But from the moment he was admitted, I felt so cared for by the staff: the receptionist, the staff on the first floor, the doctors, the nurses, the nursing assistants, and all the other staff. My experience with you was excellent, and if anyone ever asks me for a care home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. Thank you, and thank you a thousand times over.

Shameful and disastrous. As a worker in the sector, I'm equally ashamed and saddened to see places like this. The management is arrogant and overbearing. If I acted the way they do at work, I'd already be out on the street. If you're thinking of taking a family member to this place, think again. It's not at all trustworthy. You can't leave your loved one there with peace of mind because they don't inform you about anything. No one knows anything. And they often give you misinformation. It's a shame places like this exist. They need to clean up the staff and bring in management who know what they're doing and are eager to work.
