I can only say good things about Les Oliveres. The staff is excellent, very professional, the facilities are good, the management is good and the care is the best that an elderly person can get. Without a doubt, I recommend it 100%.

My grandfather has been at this center for a few months now, and both he and we are very happy. The facilities are very well adapted for the elderly and are well maintained. They offer a variety of meals, very affordable prices for the different services they provide, and most importantly, the staff. So far, they have been excellent! They are kind and friendly to both families and residents, and they have a strong work ethic. For now, I can only congratulate them!

Throughout the entire time we've been with them, they've always treated our family member impeccably; they couldn't be in better hands. We are very grateful to all the staff for their attention and care.

My grandmother has been in this care home for several years, and we've noticed that the service has gradually deteriorated, especially regarding hygiene for the elderly residents. But the final straw came a week ago when we went to see her and found her leg swollen and red. This was on a Wednesday. They told us it was due to poor posture and that they were applying ice. They explained that they hadn't called an ambulance because she uses a wheelchair; she has Alzheimer's and can't speak. The reason didn't seem right to us, and they said that the center's doctor (who wasn't there at the time) would assess her first. It wasn't until Friday, when a relative visited, that they decided to call an ambulance. The result: a broken tibia. It's inhumane that such dependent people are treated with such disregard. We are disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint.

My grandmother has been in this nursing home for six years. We've seen the deterioration of the service over time. The last two years have been very disappointing. She's been missing valuables, and she complained about the rough treatment from the staff (who have been constantly changing). In her last days, we had to be the ones to decide to take her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with severe malnutrition and dehydration. In short, not at all recommended.
