El Centre de día de la Residencia Wagner presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente la dedicación del equipo de cuidadores, la calidad de las actividades y el trato cálido hacia los residentes tras la llegada de nueva dirección, otros reportan problemas graves como desaparición de objetos personales, falta de supervisión en fines de semana y comportamientos poco profesionales del personal. La experiencia parece depender significativamente de la calidad de la gestión y del turno de atención, generando resultados muy desiguales en la satisfacción de las familias.

My father was a user of the day center, and inexplicably his chain and gold cross disappeared without the management giving us any explanation. Therefore, I would not recommend it. In addition, on weekends the management was not there, with free rein to ignore the users (seen in person by my sister, who had to warn the caregiver, who was calling her insistently, while he was on his mobile phone). My father with dementia recently left us and we, his family, have been left without a memento of him that he always carried. Unfortunately, there are always unscrupulous people everywhere.

Activities aimed at energizing and promoting the socialization of grandparents. My father was very dependent and I appreciate the treatment of the caregivers, who were very sweet with him.

My mother spent the last two years of her life cared for by the fantastic team at this nursing home. They create a very special bond with the residents and make them feel like part of their family. I'm very grateful for the care I received, especially during such a difficult time as the death of a family member.
