My mother has been there for almost three years and I have nothing bad to say about it; quite the opposite, my mother was delighted, and I was even more so to see her so happy and comfortable. I would go back without hesitation. 100% recommended.

Hello, my mother was only there for a short time because she was already very ill, but I can only say that she was very well cared for. Jakelin was very professional, Marcela very caring, and the night staff were excellent. Oh, and I almost forgot Albania. If you have any family members there, I highly recommend it.

My experience with this nursing home has been very negative. During the year my grandfather spent there, they repeatedly withheld his snacks, using the excuse that he would get more dinner, which left him regularly hungry. During one visit, I noticed marks on his ankles and wrists that appeared to be consistent with restraints, something we were never asked for permission to do. Furthermore, when I went to express my concerns, the director approached me inappropriately, implying that I had written a previous negative review, even though this was not true. I found this attitude unprofessional and not reassuring. I am sharing this in the hope that it will lead to action being taken to improve the care and respect shown to residents and their families.

Although my family member's stay was very brief, I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff and the way they were treated. And a special mention to Jacqueline, who made the process very easy for us.
