You can't sleep or rest. Loud banging of doors in the storage rooms and elevator doors goes on for 24 hours straight. It's impossible to sleep or rest; it's disruptive to people's mental state. It would be very easy to install springs or shock absorbers on the doors, but they refuse. People ask for water and are denied it. Goods are brought in through the main entrance, and everyone is without a mask, even though it was mandatory, etc... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We were treated terribly. As a care home, they should have better conditions and better customer service, given that they work in this field and care for the elderly. And when the young man opened the door, he seemed like he didn't want us there. It made us uncomfortable. If they treated us rudely and with such disdain, I can't imagine how they treat the elderly residents. Instead of notifying us politely and respectfully, the woman who attended to us was incredibly rude, and her attitude was unacceptable. If they truly want to work in this field, they should improve. Thank you!

The worst thing I could have done. My mother went in fine, came out 98% dehydrated, and died a month later. There's very little commitment to dependent patients; it's awful. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, and they can't even be bothered to call and check on her. It's all about money. What a shame.

The girl who greeted us took ages to open the door and then complained. She was rude and had a bad attitude (it seemed like we were bothering her just for visiting). It doesn't take much to be polite; in fact, it's her job.

I couldn't be more grateful for my time here. I've always felt at ease and have learned a lot, while also discovering my lifelong career. The bosses are the best I've had in my 30 years of life, and my tutor is a wonderful friend and professional who I'll always remember. Excellent people! Thank you!
