El Centre de dia de la residència de la 3ª edat Els Avets destaca por su excelente atención humanizada, con un equipo profesional, amable y compasivo que trata a los residentes con dignidad, respeto y cariño, manteniendo las instalaciones limpias y bien adaptadas a sus necesidades. Las familias valoran especialmente la calidad del cuidado, tanto en situaciones de recuperación como en los últimos días de vida, aunque hay pocas opiniones críticas que permitan identificar áreas de mejora.

My name is Rosa. On February 17, 2025, my mother, Eulalia, entered this residence. Her health was very precarious, as she had suffered from serious illnesses throughout her life, and to make matters worse, she experienced significant cognitive decline. The medical team examined her case, adjusting her medication to her current condition, and my mother began to smile again, recovering her true self. The immense compassion with which they treat our elderly residents also helped—with affection, patience, and respect—demonstrating great professionalism and human kindness. My mother passed away recently, but I must say that thanks to the residence, she was able to live her last days with joy and hope, with a smile on her face, being herself until the very end... Thank you for everything.

The passing of my mother a few days ago has prompted me to write these lines, thanking the entire staff and management for the humane, loving, and personal treatment they provided in caring for our mother (a 98-year-old mentally capable woman).
