EDITED: 01/27/2026. I came to this center after having to move my mother to a nursing home, and since we are not "MEMBERS," they cannot assist me with a family matter any sooner. If you don't have money, they won't help you. (This was made perfectly clear to me by reception, on orders from management.) I find your way of doing things deplorable, as my father is 90 years old, and it's clear that if he's not a member, he won't be seen. My question for management is: when my father goes to your center and they count the money, will they address the concerns of family members who have been to the center? I find it shameful that everything revolves around financial gain. That's how things are! P.S. When I finished speaking, the woman on the phone hung up on me and didn't let me ask a question. She was bothered by my opinion, and they're not answering my phone either. I think there should be a little bit of HUMANITY in everything. These attitudes give a very bad impression, and someone must be aware of them, and they probably are. For me, this is an essential place for people with Alzheimer's. They treat them well and are caring. You can see the improvement from the first week, and although it's an incurable disease at the moment, they leave with more energy for the rest of the week. day.
