Maman? Thank goodness... You're surrounded by kind-hearted people. The nurses, and all the staff, are smiling and create a positive atmosphere so you can smile too. They talk to you so you don't get completely lost in your illness. In France, there have been scandals of mistreatment. Here? At Domus.Vi.Es? Quite the opposite. Gentleness, kindness, and generosity. Smiles and good humor. Your sheets aren't paper. This detail says it all. They're crisp, white cotton. And the staff? Even though they're tired because there aren't enough to give each resident the attention they deserve. If there were more staff, you'd have more encouragement. It's not their fault, Mom... As Grandma used to say, God's will be done. You are in very good hands. Everyone is doing everything possible to ensure your life doesn't end sadly or painfully. Thank goodness, Maman, that they have taken you in and cared for you. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. For every gesture, word, or smile you offer her. See you very soon, God willing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely. I am relieved. She is well surrounded. For my part, you will always have, doctors, staff, nurses, each and every one of you, boundless gratitude. Your great kindness has lifted a weight that was pressing on my body as much as on my soul. You have healed me. Of a pain beyond words. Take care of her. She is strong. You will have, then, a centenarian...an honor. Until...??? Whatever God wills... My heart is beating again. Thank you. I almost forgot: big kisses for Mom's friend. Little bear. That's life.

I find the Domus Vi el Campello residence cozy. The people who work there are very kind and friendly. I think it's a very good residence for our family.

My mother comes to the day center, and we have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire Domus team. From management to the smallest staff member. The center is spotless, the food is excellent, the meals are wonderful, and the staff is kind, caring, and incredibly empathetic, both with the residents and their families. I have nothing but thanks for each and every member of the Adonis Vi family.

As always, after a while, I have to write another review... My grandmother took a real tumble, and today I went to see her, and she told me they ignore her, that they don't even give her a paracetamol for the pain when she asks for it, and they ignore her. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I've seen it happen myself. To top it all off, the receptionist washes her hands of it and insinuates that my relative is trying to get attention, and that she's seen it perfectly well, she can't make more of a mistake. As if that weren't enough, the facilities are dirty and run-down, and the food leaves much to be desired. You're leaving very sad. The owners and directors of this nursing home should be ashamed of the things that happen. It's so easy to extort money from people who pay a fortune to live there, but then they don't give them the care they deserve.

My mother's happiness since entering the Residence is a testament to the professional and compassionate care of all the staff. It is a great source of satisfaction, and for that, I thank everyone for the attention and affection she receives. Thank you for making her feel so happy in her home.
