My experience with a family member staying here was positive. The facilities were excellent, the location was prime, and the staff was attentive. We must understand that working in these centers is quite delicate and should be done by dedicated individuals. There are always things to improve, but regarding this residence, I can only rate it highly. weter.

Hello Sara Sarita, I don't know who you are, but I respect your opinion. I'm speaking from my own perspective and giving my opinion on how they handled the mistakes they made. Instead of apologizing, one of the assistants started insulting us and trying to kick us out. Another thing that didn't seem right to me was that the light switch in my grandfather's room was missing its cover for over a year, posing a hazard. Even after being notified several times, it took them a year to fix it. If it were up to me, my grandfather wouldn't be there.

It's a care home with very little professionalism and oversight. One employee is incredibly rude to residents, making you wonder how she treats loved ones living there. They make mistakes and instead of taking responsibility, they blame the families.

The manager seems a bit informal to me. Some relatives were there and the day I called to reserve a place I asked him to send me the conditions and what he offered. I asked him for a copy of the contract and I'm still waiting for it, and on top of that he acts cocky and arrogant, trying to make me understand that I asked him for a favor. How wrong he is.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less; it's a bad place. Be careful if you still have family members in this facility. The manager is a bad person, and I think most of the employees aren't properly registered. There are other deficiencies you'll notice if you visit the premises.
