I recommend you don't go, they are very unpleasant. The place itself is perfect, very clean and large, but the employees are the worst. They have no empathy for anyone, do things quickly and without enthusiasm, and are quite rude and aggressive.

Zero interest, empathy, and humanity from the staff and management. The family wasn't informed when my grandmother was admitted to the hospital in serious condition. She was alone for hours in the hospital, and when we finally found out, the call came from the hospital, not the care home. We haven't received an apology or any acknowledgment of wrongdoing from the staff, who keep repeating that they tried to contact the family. It's all a lie. The treatment we received was shameful. I'm giving one star because I can't give a negative rating.
