Shameless people, from the assistants, to the receptionist, to the so-called doctor. They treat the elderly like garbage. The food is scarce and of terrible quality. It's not fair. Not to mention the fact that the elderly's personal belongings mysteriously disappear... Someone should keep this under control!

The residence is fine and the staff is very attentive, but it's extremely hot inside. Excessive heat, even though the elderly people who live there are.

HORRIBLE experience! Too few staff for so many inmates. Poor medical care. The food was "inedible" and of poor quality. And so on. There should be more oversight (if there is any) over places like this. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
