La Residencia Conchita Regojo recibe opiniones mayoritariamente positivas sobre la amabilidad del personal y la calidad del trato hacia los residentes, aunque algunos usuarios señalan restricciones estrictas en ciertas políticas (como la entrada de alimentos) que generan frustración. At the care home, they treat you very kindly. But there's one thing I don't like. This morning I went to visit a friend and brought him a small bag of muffins, and they wouldn't let me give them to him. I don't think a few muffins can hurt someone who's in the care home, even if I bought them sugar-free because I know my friend is diabetic. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about; I was really looking forward to bringing them to him.

Although they are actually two residences under the same name (Conchita Regojo and José Regojo) and joined by a wing, it must be said that one is modern and the other is several years old. However, its management and staff are outstanding, as are all the residences run by Caritas and the nuns.

The nursing home is absolutely terrible. They treat them like animals. There's nothing good about it. Food is 0. Care is 0. Healthcare is 0. ..... it's beyond belief.
