El Centro Asistencial Psicogeriátrico Los Álamos presenta deficiencias en la atención personalizada y flexibilidad horaria, según experiencias de visitantes que perciben una falta de cordialidad del personal y limitadas oportunidades de actividades al aire libre para los residentes. Aunque la residencia cuenta con espacios como terrazas, la aparente escasez de personal parece impedir que se brinde una atención más dedicada y considerada hacia los mayores y sus familiares.

In the middle of summer, you go to see your relative when it starts to cool down a bit and go out onto the only terrace they have, and at seven o'clock, you go to pick them up to take them to dinner. Perhaps there's a staff shortage, but they could be a little more flexible with the schedules and show a little more courtesy. They should almost be grateful when a relative comes to take them out for some fresh air, something the staff should be doing for everyone every day, and I know for a fact that they aren't.
