The owners, one of whom is the manager, have been incredibly kind and helpful, in my experience. They possess a level of education and dedication that many of us would envy in our own work. They are always thinking about how to make life easier for the residents, to make them happy, and to facilitate visits from their families, which isn't always easy! As for the staff, they are all very competent, in my opinion. The facilities are spotless and new, and the price is very reasonable; I don't think there's much room for improvement. Keep up the good work; you deserve top marks! Thank you for your dedication. Oh, and I almost forgot, the garden is beautiful, and the residents have a wonderful time sitting in the shade surrounded by the flowers and vegetable patch. When the weather is nice, they seem happy and very peaceful.

I want to share my experience since the new management at this facility. The director, to put it mildly, is very rude. She didn't clean properly, the food is of terrible quality, and the portions are meager. When you complain about something, she blames her staff, and I've spoken to them, and they tell me they're just doing what they're told, knowing it's not right. It's also very expensive, and the poor people spend all day with blankets on their legs. It was very cold when I went. I wouldn't recommend this home to anyone who cares about their elders. I hope the authorities take action on this matter as soon as possible.

It's sometimes difficult to have to leave our elders in places we miss. But the truth is, leaving them in a place where you can trust that they'll be well cared for and happy is a huge relief for the family. The nursing home was a great success! Thank you for everything!
